Edit Existing Hotel Rates

Once your rates are created, you can easily modify and manage them directly at the hotel rate level in the Travelgate Inventory Extranet. Update pricing conditions, cancellation policies, market restrictions, and other rate configurations as needed.

Steps to Edit a Rate

1. Navigate to the Inventory top menu and select SetUp.
2. Select a connection (Client + Provider) and hotel.
3. Click on the relevant rate you want to modify.
4. Update the necessary fields (policies, markets, etc.).
5. Save your changes.

Important:

Always coordinate rate changes with your Channel Manager to ensure synchronization across all distribution channels. Uncoordinated changes may result in pricing discrepancies or booking conflicts.
