How to Modify User Permissions

To access the edit menu, you must have at least Editor permissions as described in the Permissions by Service section:

  • Editors can only update the "Job Title". The notification/contact assignments will be visible but locked.
  • Admins/Owners can update the "Job Title" and modify all assigned contact notifications (Commercial, Tech, Billing, etc.).

If you need to change the permissions of users in your Organization, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Travelgate Platform.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Navigate to Users Management to view the list of users.
  4. Filter the user whose permission you wish to modify.
  5. Click the three dots beside their name to edit their information.
