How to Modify User Roles

User Roles

Each user’s role determines what actions they can perform within the Travelgate APP:

  • Admin: Can create new connections and make reservations via the Travelgate APP and API.
  • Editor: Can review and update existing connections and make reservations.
  • Viewer: Can view existing connections and perform searches and quotes.

If you need to change the roles of users in your Organization, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Travelgate Platform.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Navigate to Users Management to view the list of users.

  4. Filter the user whose role you wish to modify.

  5. Click the three dots beside their name to edit their information. This option is only available to Admins or Owners.
