How to Reset a User 2FA

Important

Only users with Admin or Owner roles can access this option. If you lack the necessary permissions, please ask a team member who has them.

If a user needs to reset their 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) method, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Travelgate Platform.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Navigate to Users Management to view the list of users in your Organization.

  4. Filter the user you want to reset 2FA for.

  5. Click the three dots next to their name and select Reset 2FA. Confirm your action.

  6. The user will receive a new QR code the next time they log in, enabling them to set up 2FA on their new device.
