Why Are Travelgate Website Logs Important?

In some cases, our team may need to analyze your web logs to assess your connection to our Platform and troubleshoot potential issues effectively.

How to Obtain Travelgate Website Logs

Follow these steps to retrieve your web logs:

  1. Log in to the Travelgate Platform.

  2. Press F12 or right-click anywhere on the page and select "Inspect" to open the developer tools.

  3. In the developer tools panel, navigate to the "Console" tab.

  4. Browse the Platform as usual. You will see logs appearing in the "Console" section.

  5. Right-click anywhere in the Console section and select "Save as" to generate a log file.

  6. Next, go to the "Network" tab and click the "Export HAR…" button to generate another log file.

  7. Provide both log files along with the email address used to log in.
