How Does Travelgate's Partner Recommendation Work?
Our suggested connections are carefully curated based on your performance and data-driven insights. InsightsX analyzes your data and cross-references it with global data stored on our platform. This ensures that Partners matching your business criteria (listed below) appear as "Recommended" connections:
- Your Destinations: Increase sales in your key destinations.
- Your Markets: Expand your reach in existing selling markets.

Where Can I Find Recommendations for My Company?
You can access your recommended connections via your Dashboard and the Network's Partner List. Once you find a Partner you're interested in, simply arrange your own contract and request their activation. It’s that easy!

Take control of your search results with enhanced filtering options available in one convenient location on the left-hand side of the page. New filtering criteria include:
- Headquarters country
- Company type (Buyer/Seller)
- Source markets
- Destination markets
- Category
- Companies already connected to your business via Travelgate
- Seller Connection Type (Push, Pull, Push & Pull)
- Buyer Connection Type (FastX, HotelX, ChannelX, Legacy)
- Seeing a Buyer listed under a specific connection type filter does not imply that all of their connections run through that specific API, nor that all of their traffic does. For example, if a Buyer has migrated almost all traffic to the HotelX API but maintains a single active connection via the Legacy API, that Buyer will appear when filtering for both HotelX and Legacy.
- As a Seller, you can also view the Buyer Connection Type by looking at the Buyer Integration Type label under My Connections.
Plus, you can now view the top source markets and destinations for each company directly from their card at a glance!
Suppliers with 80% or more of their eligible hotel and board mappings validated in FastX receive a FastX Verified Seller badge, visible on their Network profile.
The badge is a validation-coverage indicator — it tells you the Supplier has validated the majority of their mapped portfolio. It is not a quality certification for every individual mapping, and it does not cover room standardization, which is generated at search time.

Looking for a Specific Partner?
Our system suggests Company names as you type, displaying their logo and type. You can also filter to include or exclude Companies that are currently in the Onboarding process by toggling the "Onboarding partners" option in the top right corner of the screen.
Why isn’t the Partner I need showing in Network?
If you can't find a specific Partner in the Network section, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons:
- The company isn't connected to Travelgate yet: They may still be in contact with our team and not yet available for connection.
- The Partner isn’t certified in the role you’re searching for: For example, if you're a Buyer and the requested Partner is only certified as a Buyer (not a Seller), they won’t appear in the Seller list.
In either case, we recommend reaching out directly to the Company for more information. They can confirm their status and let you know when they'll be available in Travelgate’s ecosystem.
If there has been no activity in the last three months, these connections will be recommended as a reminder to reactivate them—because they’re still a great fit for your business!
