Booking List and Price Details
The Booking List and Booking Price details sections allows you to retrieve and check information of bookings from a specific hotel. You can find both tools in the Product tab.
Booking List
The Booking List tool allows you to retrieve a list of the bookings made in a particular hotel. You must introduce the client and the Channel Manager, the hotel and the filter parameters to search the bookings that meet the conditions.
It is possible to filter by dates or locator. In case of filtering by date, you will be able to filter by arrival date, creation date, departure date or last update date. If you want to filter by locator, you will be able to choose to filter by Client/Buyer locator, internal locator (Inventory locator) or Provider/Channel Manager locator. Clicking the Search button will initiate the search.
Search filters

| Provider | The Channel Manager (provider) the bookings belong to. |
| Hotel ID | The Inventory internal ID of the hotel. |
| Hotel Name | The name of the hotel the bookings were made for. |
| By Date / By Locator | Choose whether to search by a date range or by a specific locator. |
| Date Type | When searching By Date, the date the range applies to: arrival (check-in) date, creation date, departure (check-out) date or last update date. |
| Date From / Date To | The start and end of the date range to search within. |
| Locator Type / Locator | When searching By Locator, the locator to search for: Client (Buyer) locator, internal (Inventory) locator or Channel Manager (provider) locator. |
Result fields
Each row of the Booking List shows the following fields:

| Hotel Name | The name of the hotel the booking belongs to. |
| Check In | The arrival date of the booking. |
| Check Out | The departure date of the booking. |
| Booking Date | The date and time the booking was created. |
| Status | The current status of the booking (e.g. CN for confirmed / CX for cancelled). |
| Provider Locator | The reference/locator assigned by the Channel Manager (provider). |
| Client Locator | The reference/locator sent by the client (Buyer). |
| Customer | The name of the holder/lead passenger of the booking. |
| Room Type | The number of rooms booked and the room type code (e.g. 2 DBLSTD). |
| Board Name | The board of the booking (e.g. Room_only). |
| Price | The total price of the booking. |
| Currency | The currency the price is expressed in (e.g. EUR). |
You can export the whole list using the Export to Excel button.
Booking Price Details
This tool will let you retrieve the details of a particular booking. As always, it is necessary to select the client and the Channel Manager. Afterwards, it will be necessary to indicate the type and locator. As a result you will see a panel where you will be able to check the price of the booking and its details.
Search filters

Result fields
The results panel is grouped by room. For each room option you will find:

| Option | The room option: room type description, room type code and board (e.g. Double Standard (DBLSTD) - Room_only). |
| Rate | The rate plan applied to the booking, shown as its name and code (e.g. TEST BAR (BAR)). This information is only available through the Inventory Extranet — it is not returned by the Booking Read (Reservation Read) GraphQL query. |
| Price | The total price of the room option. |
| Date (From / To) | The stay dates (check-in and check-out) the room option covers. |
Within each room option, the Detail Rates table breaks the price down by night (date range). For every detail rate you will see the per-pax breakdown:

| Pax | The passenger number within the room. |
| Age | The age of the passenger. |
| Base Price | The base price for that passenger. |
| Pax Supplement Type | The type of supplement applied to the passenger, if any. |
| Pax Supplement Price | The amount of the passenger supplement, if any. |
| Total | The total price for that passenger, including supplements. |
