How to add a new hotel to the Inventory Extranet

How can I add a new hotel to Inventory?💡​

Inventory works with its own hotel DataBase, so to add and set up a hotel with a Channel Manager connection you should follow the steps below:

  1. Access our Inventory Extranet.

  2. Click on Inventory>SetUp (top menu).

  3. Click on +Add Hotel and introduce the hotel name in the Autocomplete field. Our system will display all the properties that match your input.

  4. If the desired hotel is not found in the autocomplete field, click on "Create Hotel" and provide the hotel's basic information to create it in our DataBase. This feature is only available for client and provider admin users.

Important:
  • Please complete the form using the hotel's actual information.
  • It is mandatory that the e-mail and telephone are those of the hotel (not from the Supplier).
  • Coordinates should also be as accurate as possible.
